German Cano has helped fire Fluminense to their first-ever Copa Libertadores title!

The veteran Argentine striker has aged like a fine wine, as his sharpness and clinicality in the box only seem to get better and better. Last year, he bagged 26 goals in the Brasileirão Série A, and although he has only managed 7 this term, his shooting and threat in the box have remained impressive.

He has been far more prolific in the Copa Libertadores this year, netting 13 goals in 12 appearances including the opener in the final. Cano’s career never really seemed to take off in Argentina and Mexico, but he has hit a massive high in Brazil.
